Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully and in their entirety before using https://biblicaltherapist.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). The Site and its content are owned by Biblical Therapist, LLC.

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions are here to clearly explain the rules, terms, and conditions of using, viewing, and/or browsing the Site and/or purchasing or downloading any course, program, service, or product offered on or by us or the Site.

2. Consent

By using the Site in any capacity, you voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old and able to consent to these terms. If you are under 18 or do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this Site.

These Terms & Conditions contain an Arbitration Clause (see Section 18) and require you to resolve any claim through arbitration. You voluntarily waive your right to a jury trial by agreeing to these Terms.

  • “Content” includes all written, visual, video, or audio material available through the Site.

We are not responsible for content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites linked through our Site.

8. Intellectual Property

All content is the exclusive intellectual property of Biblical Therapist, LLC, protected by U.S. and state laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction will be legally pursued.

You are granted a revocable license to access our Site and materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

Any comments, content, or submissions you provide may be used by us in business operations and marketing, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

11. Access and Sharing Restrictions

You may not share purchased materials, login credentials, or distribute downloads. Violations will result in legal action.

You may share our public content (e.g., blog posts) only with proper credit and a direct link to our Site. You may not represent our work as your own or claim affiliation without permission.

17. Refund Policy

18. Arbitration Clause

Disputes must be submitted to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be held within 25 miles of Bradenton, FL. You waive your right to a jury trial. The only award available is a refund of the amount paid; no punitive or consequential damages are allowed.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

20. Jurisdiction

You consent to jurisdiction in the state of Florida, County of Manatee.

21. Service of Process

You agree to accept service of legal process according to the laws of the State of Florida.

22. Payments

By purchasing, you authorize Biblical Therapist, LLC to charge your card as outlined at checkout. Missed payments may result in revoked access to purchased materials. You are responsible for full payment, regardless of usage.

Chargebacks are not permitted and will be reported to credit agencies if pursued.

23. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any harm, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of this Site, Services, or Products.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Biblical Therapist, LLC, its employees, and agents from all claims arising from your use of the Site, Services, or Products.

25. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Biblical Therapist, LLC.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder remains in full force.

Tiered Investment: $97 (one-time payment, 6-module self-paced course), $199 (one-time payment, full access w/ live call)

Basic Access: 6 self-paced modules + PDF workbook

Full Access: Everything above + 6 week online community support & live call

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks permitted. If the Company cannot fulfill its obligations, a refund will be issued for the unrendered portion of the program.

Payments must be made via Podia/Stripe or credit card. Failure to pay may result in revoked access.

By enrolling, you consent to Biblical Therapist, LLC using anonymized testimonials, screenshots, or feedback for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

All disputes related to this program are subject to binding arbitration in Manatee County, FL.
